Such a beautiful experience- the owner/s are incredibly kind and welcoming, you can tell they genuinely care about creating a relaxing, high-quality space. I went with a friend and we had the infrared sauna room to ourselves, which was spotless and beautifully set up. The option to play our own music made it feel really personal, and the cold towels in the fridge were such a thoughtful touch!! everything felt calm, clean, and luxurious & I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely excellent massage! From start to finish, it was clear that the therapist was highly skilled and attentive. I had the most incredible massage with Lloyd! I truly can’t recommend him enough. He has such a beautiful, grounding presence and such an intuitive touch. Incredible massage and moved through a lot of blockages I didn’t even realise I was holding. I left feeling so much lighter, open, and supported. I’ll be telling everyone I know. I had a beautiful 90 minute pregnancy massage with Wendy the other day at Nuance. I left feeling SO relaxed but also like I had a massage. She got into my tense areas & knots really well. I will be back!

I have been seeing Jordyn for a while now and cannot recommend her highly enough. For a smaller person she is freakishly strong! Just what I need to get into my well established knots. She is knowledgeable, very personable and her cupping and massage techniques are very effective. The decor and atmosphere in the Nuance rooms is very relaxing as well. You won't regret booking with them.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage for 90 minutes with Jess. It was sheer bliss and she is at the very top of her game - I must say. She had a lovely, friendly demeanour, coupled with great chat (and great recommendations for many restaurants too!). I’m from the UK and about to take part in the Clipper Race, I feel like a new man having being treated by Jess. Do please use her services, you most definitely won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely love Jess!!!! She has such great energy and her lymphatic massage skills are second to none. I also really enjoyed the massage space — super calming and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my monthly check ins. The sauna is an awesome addition too!

Best massage experience ever 👌🏼 Stunning and relaxing space, Jess and Lloyd were absolutely amazing therapists. They customised the massage to my mum and I’s needs and it was a beautiful and relaxing experience. We also did the Infrared sauna which was the perfect way to end the massage 💆🏼‍♀️ and the day! Must try this place out, it will not disappoint!! ✨
